Lynx Air will launch its inaugural Toronto-Calgary flight from Toronto Pearson International Airport today.  Canada’s new ultra-affordable airline will initially operate four services a week between Toronto and Calgary, increasing to daily services as of April 18. After a two-year pause due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the first cruise ship has arrived in Victoria. CHEK reports Holland America’s Koningsdam ship arrived shortly after 10 a.m. local time at Ogden Point in Victoria, B.C. on Saturday with 1,200 passengers on board. Air Transat has announced the gradual resumption of its operations to France, starting today with the departure of its first direct flight from Montreal to Marseille. From Brittany to Provence, Aquitaine and Auvergne, six destinations will be available once more to Quebec travellers in the coming weeks. Lynx Air, Canada’s new ultra-affordable airline, took to the skies today, with its inaugural flight from Calgary to Vancouver.  Lynx operates a fleet of three brand-new Boeing 737 aircraft and will ramp up quickly over the coming weeks.
