I recently returned from a couple weeks in Australia, and it was fabulous. In Sydney, don’t miss a ferry ride to Manly Beach, a tour of the dramatic Opera House. Singapore is another great destination in Asia. Yes, there’s lots of high-end shopping and fancy hotels with rooftop pools, but what I loved most was the street food; delicious laksa noodle dishes and other spicy cuisine at the hawker markets.
