In what looks like an excellent marketing move, Tourism Toronto on Wednesday launched what’s called Toronto Spotlight, a series of four weekends in winter with fabulous discounts for visitors. The latest study of world cities by Resonance Consultancy names London, New York City and Paris as the top three cities on the planet.
