Michelin and Destination Vancouver today announced the MICHELIN Guide Vancouver, the latest expansion of the MICHELIN Guide. The inaugural edition of the MICHELIN Guide Vancouver with the selection of local restaurants receiving honors will be announced this fall. Toronto holds down most of the top spots in the latest list of the top 100 restaurants in Canada, but Vancouver fared quite well, and Calgary made a big splash. Ten of the top 20 restaurants on the latest Canada’s 100 Best Restaurants List are in Ontario, with eight in Toronto. A new chapter begins in Toronto, which features global eats and charming cafes as well as high-end dining experiences.
