As Canada’s busiest airport, Toronto Pearson is preparing for the upcoming holiday travel period while sharing tips and information for passengers. Passenger traffic at Canada’s busiest airport grew almost four-fold in the first nine months of this year. The Greater Toronto Airports Authority (“GTAA”) today reported its financial and operating results for the three and nine months that ended September 30, 2022. Passenger activity increased by 6.5 million or 135.1 per cent to 11.2 million during the third quarter of 2022 compared to the same period in 2021. Canada Jetlines, the new, all-Canadian, leisure airline, announces a first international nonstop service out of Toronto Pearson International Airport to Las Vegas. The carrier’s first route into the United States is scheduled to launch on January 19, 2023, with multiple frequencies per week.
