Here’s a fun list for photography fans; a list of of the world’s best destinations for sunsets. The list, compiled by casino.ca, has a few surprising entries, including Canada’s biggest city, as well as a few lesser-known islands and other big cities. The company blended traveler reviews with real-world conditions like cloud cover, rainfall, air quality, and uninterrupted horizon views. They also factored in sunset color vibrancy and social buzz across Instagram, TikTok, and search trends. Each factor was then scored and weighted to create a final index out of 1000, revealing not just where sunsets look good online, but where they consistently deliver in real life. Here’s Read more

I like to talk about great places to go, but sometimes it’s good to warn people about places they might want to avoid. Travellers voted across 10 categories curated by Air Canada Vacations experts, sending their favourite destinations to the summit of Canadians’ travel wish lists. The choices are mostly excellent, and I was quite pleased to see a few personal faves (Rome, Singapore, New York City and two Hawai’i destinations) make the list. “Canadians love to travel, which is what inspired us Read more

After a summer 2022 air travel season filled with delays and disruptions, NBC News says air travelers should prepare for what could be more of the same this summer.   In an interview with CNBC, Delta Air Lines CEO Ed Bastian said customers are more interested than ever in getting out of town this summer. Air travel “is something the consumer’s prioritizing,” he said. “They may be pulling back in other areas … but I don’t see it in our credit card data, I don’t see it in our bookings.” The New York Times recently reported that three of Read more
